On this walk, you explore the area the way locals do — arriving by public transport, wandering through lively streets, visiting the beautiful Eyüp Sultan Camii, and learning how this neighborhood has been an important spiritual center of the city for centuries.
Along the way, we walk through the historic hillside cemetery, noticing the fascinating symbols carved on Ottoman gravestones, before enjoying beautiful views over the Golden Horn. Those who wish can continue up toward Pierre Loti Hill for one of the best panoramas in the area.
